Step 1
First contact us to get a free custom website quote for your new website or site redesign. If you are unsure of all the feature requirements we will be happy to help you decide on the best features for your business.
Step 2
Once you have placed your order a website designer will be assigned to you. Your website designer will give you a phone call within 24 business hours (one business day) and discuss your needs and requirements. You can also interact with your website designer via email or chat if you wish.
Step 3
Your website designer then creates two preliminary designs based on your requirements and instructions. These designs are full scale images of the main page of your new website. You review the mockups and decide which one you wish to go with.
Step 4
You then request any changes to the designs. Each time you request changes it is called a “revision round”. You can request as many changes as you wish during a revision round. The amount of revision rounds you get depends on the website design package you purchased
Step 5
Once you have completed your revisions and are satisfied with the way the webpage looks your web designer will get to work on making it into a working website with many additional “content pages” as were in the package that you ordered. All of the content pages have the same layout and design, with your images and content worked into the page.
Step 6
Once your website is complete we upload it onto the internet. If you wish to use the hosting that comes free with our website design packages we will upload it onto our server. If you wish to use your own hosting account we will upload it there. We also email you a backup copy of your completed website for you to store.
